The community service center is a public institution engaged in public service and social management, and the administrative examination and approval function is received by the district departments. If the district-level department can delegate the examination and approval authority according to the provisions of the higher authorities, it may entrust the community service center to undertake it. Community service centers mainly provide some social services for the masses, such as social security, subsistence allowances, civil affairs, family planning, employment, etc. Due to the limitation of the current national system, only district (city, county) government departments or departments have certain administrative examination and approval authority, even the original sub-district offices have no examination and approval authority or permission authority. Therefore, we try our best to serve the convenience of the community service center by means of "accepting at the front desk, handling in the background and acting as an agent throughout the process". This year, the city will promote the joint office of community service centers and municipal and district government affairs centers as one of the information services. At present, a list of relevant examination and approval authorities is being drawn up to minimize the sinking of resources and maximize the convenience of the masses.
