Xindingzhou Museum has a total construction area of 20,000 square meters, including 5,000 square meters of above-ground exhibition hall and 0/5,000 square meters of underground palace. After the completion of the Xindingzhou Museum, all the collections of the museum have been moved to the new museum, which has become the base for Dingzhou to carry forward the Millennium history and culture and carry out Chinese studies education. The fourth part is Guzhen business district, with a total area of 105 mu. This business district includes three business districts. Among them, it is located in the north of Zhongshan Road and just south of Gong Yuan. The architectural style of this area is from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China. It is a single-family building, with a commercial apartment building area of 200- 1000 square meters. Kaiyuan Temple is in the south, the museum is in the east, Wenbo Garden Phase I Square is in the west, and Zhongshan Road Citizen Square is in the north. From the perspective of tourism, vacation and citizens' leisure consumption, it is a good business district. The architectural style of this area is Ming and Qing dynasties, and the elements and concepts of Buddhist landscape design are fully integrated into the landscape design of Kaiyuan Temple. The business in this area consists of two commercial streets, and the west side includes antiques, calligraphy and painting, tea houses, pubs, children's education and other formats. Based on this format planning, we designed and built a two-story ancient theater on the west side, and performed on the first and fifteenth day of each month on traditional festivals. In landscape design, it highlights the tranquility of the region, reflects the Zen of Buddhism, and creates a business atmosphere that meets the requirements and development for calligraphy, painting, tea houses and other formats. The east side is planned as the first wedding theme block in Dingzhou. First of all, from the format planning, the area will cover floral, wedding, home, gold and silver jewelry, cafes and other formats. In addition, the whole East Building adopts the style of ancient buildings in Ming and Qing Dynasties with classical culture, which naturally forms a photography base suitable for newcomers to take pictures. In addition, we have designed a two-story courtyard in the middle of the East District, which can meet the various needs of future couples to hold Chinese weddings. Nowadays, young people have higher and higher requirements for weddings, whether it is a wedding banquet or wedding etiquette, they are higher than their parents. We will reproduce China's traditional wedding etiquette, such as accepting gifts and asking names, through our management in Siheyuan. The third commercial gathering area is located on the east side of the museum and on the west side of Zilaifo Street. In this area, we are located in a landscape cultural area where history and modernity collide strongly. Layout design is divided into four categories. On the south side of the plot is the first shoppingmall in Dingzhou, which introduces first-and second-line fashion brands and sets up commercial inner streets with landscapes. A four-star characteristic cultural inn will be built in the southeast of the plot, which is the architectural style of the Han Dynasty. Upon completion, it will surpass Dingzhou Hotel and become a comprehensive garden hotel with Dingzhou quality. A dining street covering the architectural essence of Tang, Song, Ming and Qing Dynasties will be built in the middle of the plot. This restaurant street mainly introduces McDonald's, spicy incense pot, fashionable hot pot and other catering brands that young people are keen to consume. The north side of the plot is adjacent to Zhongshan Road, mainly for large-scale brand restaurants, banks and other formats, of which Huaxia Bank is 2,600 square meters, and it is also the first branch of Huaxia Bank to enter Dingzhou. It also includes the 600-square-meter China Bank Wealth Management Center, which is the exclusive business department of China Bank to expand wealth management business.
