The obvious change of Daytona's hollowed-out SK II shell is that it has a golden carved totem near the ear chain, more carvings on the side of the watch on the chronograph handle, and more carved totems on the branches and leaves of the oyster safety buckle. MAD Paris in the bezel part retains the original appearance of stainless steel case and tachometer scale, but it is quite different in the panel part. The front plate of 4 130 movement is hollowed out, and the surface of the tray is carved like a watch case. If you look inside, you will find the word "crazy" engraved on the surface of the spring. As for the original elements of the panel, only the Rolex crown logo and the scales of three chronograph dials are retained. The crown logo looks rough and elegant after satin treatment, while the scales of the small dial are all painted black and hollowed out, revealing the lower part of the movement. This will improve the appreciation of the movement, but it will be more laborious and costly to look at the timing results.
The panel was hollowed out in a large range, showing a three-dimensional effect, and the scale of the three-eye chronograph was hollowed out and blackened, exposing the movement board on the bottom of the carving.
Since it is a modified watch, it is also reasonable to replace the back of the watch with a transparent bottom cover. MAD Paris carved its own brand words around the bottom cover, so that the "modified" 4 130 movement appeared in front of the wearer. The main modification on the back of the movement is still on the automatic disk. In order to echo the carving of the panel and case, MAD Paris first hollowed out the automatic disc and added some carving patterns to satisfy the desire of the movement controller to appreciate the movement. The Daytona hollow SK II on the back of the watch has somewhat affected its waterproof performance, from the commercial version of 100 meters to 50 meters, so if you want to wear this watch for water sports, you should pay more attention.

MAD Paris made a transparent bottom cover for the watch, and Rolex's famous 4 130 movement was also changed into a hollowed-out carved form, with higher visual effect.
At present, even if the steel shell Daytona is equipped with a ceramic bezel, the price is in the early 400,000 s. However, due to the manual change of the old steel shell Daytona and the relatively limited production technology and distribution quantity, MAD Paris has set the price of this watch at more than 68,000 US dollars, which is not low.
