There is no difference, it's all the same thing! Longge, scientific name "dandelion". I don't know why people call it "dandelion", but I have heard from my elders that we call it "Longge Grass" because its flowers are shaped like lanterns when they are completely open. In my opinion, this is more pleasing than the image of "dandelion".
