The wedding company's loss of video is not necessarily a breach of contract. If the two parties sign a contract before shooting, then the wedding company loses the video is a breach of contract. If no contract is signed or there is no agreement in the contract, as long as the wedding company can take measures to remedy it, it is not a breach of contract.

Article 929 of the Civil Code: If the paid entrustment contract causes losses to the client due to the fault of the agent, the client may demand compensation for the losses. In a gratuitous entrustment contract, if the principal suffers losses due to the intentional or gross negligence of the agent, the principal may request compensation for the losses.

If the agent exceeds his authority and causes losses to the principal, he shall compensate for the losses.
