The demand for big data screens mainly comes from the following four situations: business negotiation, exhibition, official website and the demand of products themselves. Among them, the author spent 20 years making two big screens, both of which came from the needs of business negotiations and exhibitions, and more to show the company's ability and promote products. So how do we design a big data screen that meets the needs of the project?
Principle 1: Define the sources and scenarios of large-screen requirements.
When designers start designing big data screens, they must (as far as possible) communicate directly with the demanders and make sure that the demands behind their needs are for business negotiations. Bidding? Or cooperate with the government. The result of this step is that we will have a clearer understanding of the big screen framework, the construction of data indicators, the visual style of the big screen, dynamic effects and secondary pages. Therefore, no matter what needs we face, we should think about the background, target users, user scenarios and problems to be solved.
Background: What is the demand side's position? Based on this position, what can we do to achieve it as much as possible?
Target users: consider the core users targeted by the requirements, including primary users and secondary users. The analysis of this step is to confirm the social attributes of our target users and their concerns, and provide design basis for our subsequent plans.
User scenarios: list the scenarios that users will use and refine the design points.
Problems to be solved: define the problem point, output solutions around this core problem point, and also serve as the core basis for subsequent design verification.

Principle 2: Business thinking, establishing data indicators and refining business priorities.

Determine the big screen style according to business requirements
After collecting mainstream competing products in the market, it is found that more than 90% of big data screens are dominated by dark blue technology style. Because the style of dark background is very compatible with the tone of data, the bright color on dark background is suitable for increasing the lighting effect, attracting users' attention and focusing on the visual center better, so the big data screen of K 12 smart classroom is designed with dark blue as the main tone, and the style is unified in this tone. Because the sub-projects are widely distributed and go to sea smoothly, map elements are added on the basis of the blue tone of the background, and data transmission and acquisition are expressed by connecting information transmission lines.
