Song, Liao and Jin Dynasties, the early Northern Song Dynasty, the Liao Dynasty set up Huanglongfu (namely Huanglongfu, now Nong 'an County), which belongs to Tokyo Road. The State of Jin was established at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, and Huanglongfu was once its capital.
