1. The area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited is the whole territory of Linzhou City; A year-round ban, a long-term ban.

Two, within the scope of this Municipality, no unit or individual may produce, store, transport, operate and set off fireworks without permission.

Third, the town government, street offices and village (neighborhood) committees should incorporate the work of prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers into their daily management, carry out publicity and education on the prohibition of fireworks and firecrackers, organize and launch activities, and guide and urge units and individuals within their jurisdiction to abide by this circular. It is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the inspection and investigation of the ban on sale and release, and ensure that there is no production, storage, transportation, operation and emission.

Four, radio, television, newspapers and other news media and all kinds of schools, to do a good job in the publicity and education of fireworks. Minors who set off fireworks and firecrackers shall be ordered by the public security organs to strictly discipline their guardians; If personal or property damage is caused to the state, the collective or others, the guardian shall be liable for compensation according to law.

Five, hotels, restaurants and wedding services operators to undertake festival activities, it should be written to inform consumers of the provisions prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, to discourage the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers; If dissuasion is ineffective, it shall report to the public security organ.

Six, organs, organizations, military units, schools and other enterprises and institutions and neighborhood (village) committees and property service enterprises, should do a good job in this unit, the region to prohibit the discharge of fireworks.

Seven, illegal fireworks, the public security organ shall order it to stop the discharge, and impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.
