1. Open the PPT to which you want to add music, click the Insert option in the toolbar above with the mouse, and then select Audio. The inserted audio can be selected from PC or recorded audio. It is common to choose audio on PC, and MP3 format is usually selected for file insertion.

2. If recording is selected, the settings for recording will be displayed in the pop-up box after selecting the corresponding option. Here you can modify the name of the recorded audio, and then there are three buttons to click: the triangle button to play, the square button to stop recording, and the red circle button to start recording. After confirming the recorded audio, click OK.

3. If the background music is too long or the beginning part is unnecessary, you can check the audio, that is, slide the green slider to the position where you want the music to start, and then click OK. At this point, the unnecessary audio has been cut off.

4. After 4.PPT background music is inserted, the choice of audio style is very important. You can choose "no style" or "background play".
