1. Open visio, click the flow chart in the template category on the left, and double-click the basic flow chart in the middle to enter the workspace;
2. There are some shapes on the left, such as processes, judgments, documents and data. Click "Process", drag to the workspace, release the mouse and enter the text: Purchase Application. Zoom the window to a suitable size for easy viewing.
3. Click OK on the shape on the left, and the mouse will return to the workspace. Be careful not to delay. Move the mouse to the flow chart of purchase requisition, and you can see arrows in four directions. Click the down arrow, and a Decision shape will automatically appear under the purchase requisition. Enter text: purchase approval. Click an empty workspace to see the effect.
4. Click "Doc" on the left and move the mouse to the "Purchase Approval" flowchart. Similarly, clicking the down arrow will automatically add a "Doc" shape under "Purchase Approval" and enter the text: Purchase Order. Click an empty workspace.
5. Click "Process" on the left and move the mouse to the flow chart of "Purchase Order". Similarly, click the down arrow, and a "process" shape will be automatically added under "Purchase Order". Enter the text: Purchase Receipt. Click an empty workspace.
6. Four basic flow charts are drawn. Use ctrl+A to select them all. Next, you can adjust the font and size of the text, the position and size of the flowchart and the border thickness of the flowchart. There are shortcut tools on these functions, which you can understand by groping.
7. When drawing a flow chart, it is also important to note that when a process does not flow downward, it needs to be refluxed, which requires a "dynamic connector". If the purchase approval stage is not approved, you need to draw a line between "Purchase Approval" and "Purchase Application". You can enter the word "No" on the connector.
