1. Design and Implementation of Agricultural Mechanization Information Management System Based on WebGIS

Aiming at some urgent problems existing in the information management of agricultural mechanization in China, an information management system of agricultural mechanization based on Web GIS is proposed and established. The system uses JAVA technology to combine Web GIS with traditional agricultural mechanization information management system, and realizes the information management function of agricultural mechanization based on Internet/LAN. The system makes full use of the powerful graphic processing ability of Web GIS, realizes the functions of agricultural mechanization information visualization management and agricultural mechanization development level zoning analysis, solves the problems that agricultural mechanization information statistics are not intuitive and agricultural mechanization development level zoning analysis has a large workload and low efficiency, and greatly improves the scientific and intuitive work of agricultural mechanization zoning and the efficiency of agricultural mechanization information management.
2. Cadastral management information system based on WebGIS.

According to the characteristics of cadastral management information system and its requirements for network application, a county-oriented cadastral management information system CMIS is developed on ArcInfo, ArcView, MapObjects and MOIMS platforms. The system applies WebGIS technology. WebGIS is the product of the combination of Internet technology and GIS technology, and it is also the development direction of GIS. In the process of system development, WebGIS technology is applied to realize the perfect combination of graphic data and attribute data, and realize the function of publishing cadastral management information on the network, which meets the needs of cadastral management business well and has the safety and reliability of running on the network. This paper introduces the application of WebGIS technology in the design of cadastral management information system in detail.
3. Design of Cadastral Information System
Hangzhou Cadastral Information System adopts three-tier structure, and uses workflow technology, spatial data engine technology, Internet/Intranet technology, dynamic cadastral history backtracking and other technologies to realize the networking and graphic integration of cadastral information management, which has the characteristics of strong practicability. This paper briefly introduces the composition, overall design and system characteristics of Hangzhou cadastral information system, and introduces some experiences in system development.
