According to "Document No.2"

Wei Huai 'an summarized the 13 demolition land involved in the investment plan of Huai 'an 2022 central city construction project. It mainly includes the following plots (for reference only, please add Jiangpu District 1 if it is incomplete). The original plot of Qing 'an Hospital is east to Xiangyang North Road, south to Yan 'an East Road, west to Huaihai South Road, and north to Qianjin East Road (compiled by Wei Huai 'an WeChat official account). The plot of pharmaceutical company is east to Xujiahu Road, south to Qianjin East Road, west to Huaihai South Road and north to Yao Yao Road.
