1. Right-click the computer desktop, select the New button, and click New MicrosoftExcel worksheet in the pop-up options.
2. You can see that an EXCEL file has been created on the desktop. Double-click to open the EXCEL table.
3. Enter the related files or titles to be used in the open EXCEL space file.
4. Select the table in the file, click the Tian Zige symbol on the menu bar above, and select all the border buttons in the options that appear.
5. If the EXCEL file has been completed, click the Save button at the top left to complete the EXCEL form.
