Cheng Xiangyang, 1963, a native of Suzhou, Anhui Province, is a professor at the School of Mathematics and Computational Science of Fuyang Normal University. He is currently the dean of the School of Information Engineering of Fuyang Normal University. Member of Chinese Mathematical Society, executive director of Anhui Science and Technology History Society, director of Mathematics Education Research Association of Anhui Normal University, and vice chairman of Fuyang Mathematical Society.
