The elastic line method is the same as UC light steel keel construction, and the elastic line should be carried out according to the design drawings.
Because LT aluminum alloy keel is used together with the finished decorative board, the standard frame size of the keel should be determined first, and then the frame position should be arranged according to the ceiling area. The principle of layout is: try to ensure the uniformity and overall decorative effect of keel frame. Because it is generally impossible to divide the indoor size completely according to the frame size of the keel, there will be a frame that is not equal to the standard size on the ceiling, which is called the closed frame. Generally speaking, there are three ways to deal with the sealing border:
A, setting a standard frame in the middle of the ceiling and setting a border around the ceiling;
B) Place the standard car in a place where there is a large or obvious flow of people, and put the edge car in an inconspicuous secondary position;
C. Divide the bag frame into several equal parts, and then distribute these equal parts into the ceiling to increase the artistic decoration effect of the ceiling and make the whole ceiling symmetrical and beautiful.
(2) Fix the side keel.
After the elastic line is completed, the edge sealing keel shall be fixed immediately. The edge-closing keel of LT aluminum alloy keel is L-shaped keel. When installing, special steel nails or gas steel nails can be used for fixing. The side keel should be fixed on a solid substrate, and the nail spacing should be controlled at about 400 mm The joints of the keel at the corner should be tight, and there should be no coarse teeth.
③ Install lifting points and suspenders.
LT aluminum alloy keel ceiling has small gravity load, and the emphasis of suspender layout is to consider the need of ceiling flatness. The boom spacing of single-story structure should not be too large, and should be controlled at 800 ~1000 mm; The suspender spacing of double-layer structure should be controlled around 1000 ~ 1200mm, and other requirements for hanging points on the ceiling and suspender arrangement are the same as UC light steel keel.
When steel wire or galvanized iron wire is used as the suspender, the connection between the upper end and the ceiling can be tied to embedded steel bars or expansion bolts, or fixed to the ceiling through tail hole nails. Tailhole nails should be nailed on a solid base and enter a sufficient depth, usually exceeding 50 mm in length ... No matter what kind of suspender is used, the upper part of the suspender should not be fixed on the equipment pipeline, so as to avoid the deformation of the pipeline or the shed surface, which will affect the smoothness and beauty of the ceiling.
④ Install the keel.
If it is the ceiling of the main keel, the load-bearing keel (the main keel of U-shaped light steel keel) should be installed first, and its installation method is shown in UC-shaped light steel keel ceiling. After the load-bearing keel is installed and leveled, install LT aluminum alloy main keel. The main keel and load-bearing keel of LT-type aluminum alloy keel are arranged in the direction perpendicular to each other, with the middle distance of 400~600mm, and the cross part is hooked up and down with T-type aluminum alloy keel support hooks.
Covering keel (cross brace keel) segments are connected with the main keel in the vertical direction, and each row of keel should be pulled out horizontally and installed according to the position of the line. The end of the auxiliary keel of LT-type aluminum alloy keel is processed into a socket type or a hook type, and the web of the main keel is generally provided with a double-sided bent clip or a double-sided socket, and the connection between the main keel and the auxiliary keel can be horizontally fixed by inserting the end or the bent clip.
⑤ Install the decorative plate.
LT aluminum alloy opens the keel ceiling, that is, the decorative board is directly placed in the keel frame, which is also called shelving type. Because the keel strips are exposed, the gaps between the plates are covered by the keel, which avoids the quality problem of uneven gaps, but requires higher installation quality of the keel. Decorative boards inlaid with patterns should be selected and spliced according to the design requirements before installation.
LT aluminum alloy concealed keel ceiling, that is, decorative panels are connected by inserts, also known as embedded (concealed plug-in). When installing decorative panels, pay attention to the insertion depth, and the panels should be closely connected. There is no obvious lack of stare blankly, corner drop and warping, and the construction accuracy is high.
