2. Changsha Heimifeng National Forest Park
Changsha Heimifeng National Forest Park is located in Qiaoyi Town, due north of Changsha City and northeast of Wangcheng District, with a total area of 4,079 hectares. Forest Park is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with the annual average temperature of 13.8℃ to 14.4℃ and the annual average precipitation of1410.8mm. The forest vegetation type in the park is subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest, and the forest coverage rate of the park is 82%.
3. Hunan Forest Botanical Garden
Hunan Botanical Garden, formerly known as Hunan Forest Botanical Garden, is located in Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, and was established in 1985. It is a comprehensive botanical garden integrating scientific research and production, popular science education, ecotourism, sports and leisure, and highlighting the characteristics of animals and plants.
4. Yanghu Wetland Scenic Area in Changsha City
Yanghu Wetland Scenic Area in Changsha City is located in Xiangjiang New District in the southwest of Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is a large-scale urban wetland in south-central China. Yanghu wetland is divided into five parts: wetland leisure area, wetland biodiversity exhibition area, wetland science and education area, wetland ecological conservation area and Yahe and Jinjiang tidal flat wetland.
5. Meixi Lake Park
Meixi Lake Park is located near the West Bus Station in Changsha City, Hunan Province, with a total area of about 367 mu. The park used to be a low-lying land in the suburbs of Changsha, but now it has been transformed into an open leisure wetland park.
6. Changsha Liuyang River Wedding Cultural Park
Changsha Liu Yanghe Wedding Culture Park is located at the intersection of Lianhua Road and Liu Yang River Avenue, covering an area of about 122 mu. Liu Yanghe Wedding Culture Park has been discussed by many folk experts and cultural scholars in Hunan. With the strong support and care of the provincial and municipal governments, it has become the first cultural park with the theme of wedding in China after nearly two years of careful construction.
