The new "Planning" has a clearer division of labor in urban areas. In the future, Beihai will form an urban spatial structure of "one city, two districts and eight groups".
"One city" refers to the central city. In other words, the scope of construction land in the central city of the new "Planning" includes two areas.
"Two Districts" refers to the main urban area and tieshangang district connected by the first-class highway of North Railway, and the ecological protection forest belt is mainly set between and around the two districts.
The main urban area has become a modern core urban area with high-tech industries gathering, concentrated population, perfect urban services and perfect tourism functions. Tieshangang district takes energy and chemical industry as the key industry and builds a large-scale port-facing industrial base.
"Eight groups" refers to the old city group, the Bay New Town group, the Gaode group, the railway south group, the Daguansha New District group, the bamboo forest group, the tieshangang district Tieshan Port East group and the Tieshan Port West group.
"The future of Beihai is more concrete in our hearts, and we have more confidence in the future." The introduction of the new master plan not only attracted the attention of Beihai citizens, but also won the enthusiasm of many foreign investors. They said, "I believe the future of Beihai will be more prosperous, beautiful and comfortable!"
