(II) Proof materials to be submitted to apply for a temporary residence permit, you must hold a valid identity card of the temporary residence and two recent one-inch bareheaded photos, and handle them according to the following provisions: 1 If I stay in a resident's home temporarily, I will carry the household registration book of the head of the household to the local police station to apply for a temporary residence permit; 2, temporary residence in organs, organizations, military units, enterprises, institutions or construction sites, workshops and water ships, by the unit or employer will be temporary staff registration, to the temporary police station to apply for a temporary residence permit; 3, temporary residence in the rental house, by the owner to carry a lease contract, lead them to the temporary residence of the police station to apply for a temporary residence permit. (3) Procedures for accepting and approving temporary residence permits 1. After reviewing the relevant documents and materials submitted by the temporary population, the police station will input the information into the microcomputer management system of the temporary population information, print the temporary residence permit and affix the official seal. Temporary residence permits are made and collected free of charge. 2. If the temporary residence address changes within the validity period of the temporary residence permit, it shall go through the registration formalities at the local police station within three days after moving into the new temporary residence, and it will not be continued. 3. The temporary residence permit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. After the expiration of the validity period, if it is necessary to extend the use, the holder shall go to the issuing authority for annual inspection and sign it within seven days before the expiration, otherwise it will be invalid. The temporary residence permit has been endorsed for four consecutive years. If you continue to live in Tianjin, you can only get a temporary residence permit. 4. If the temporary residence permit is lost, you should go to the police station for replacement. 5, temporary population from Tianjin no longer return, should go through the formalities for cancellation of temporary residence, and return the temporary residence permit. 6. Temporary residents who violate the provisions of the Measures for the Application of Temporary Residence Permits and commit any of the following acts shall be punished by the public security organs according to the seriousness of the case: ① If they fail to declare temporary residence registration and apply for temporary residence permits and refuse to make corrections after being notified by the public security organs, the directly responsible person or temporary residents shall be fined or warned below 50 yuan; (2) Those who cheat, impersonate, lend, transfer, buy or sell, forge or alter their temporary residence permits shall be confiscated and fined or given a warning in 500 yuan. If the actor has illegal income, in addition to confiscation of illegal income, he shall be fined one to three times the illegal income; (3) If a person without a temporary residence permit is employed or a temporary residence permit or other identity documents are seized, the legal representative or the person directly responsible shall be fined or given a warning of 1000 yuan, and if the violation of the provisions of the Measures for the Application of Temporary Residence Permit constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished in accordance with the Conditions on Administrative Penalties for Public Security in People's Republic of China (PRC); If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. The public security organ may revoke the temporary residence permit of the temporary population who has committed illegal and criminal acts according to the circumstances. If the punished person refuses to accept the punishment decision made in accordance with the Measures for the Application of Temporary Residence Permit, he may apply to the public security organ at the next higher level for reconsideration in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Administrative Reconsideration.
