Pioneer record channels generally need to install digital set-top boxes (cable TV) and purchase program packages (pay channels) separately. As long as digital TV is available in ordinary areas, it can be used in pay-per-view programs. You can call customer service or ask in the payment hall. There seems to be no such thing as webcasting at present.
