Film evaluation
This is a very simple film. There is no deliberate emotional conflict and no dramatic ups and downs in the plot. A beautiful voice told her story without any emotional ups and downs, let alone grandstanding. She is just telling her story, which seems to be the story of you, me and everyone who has come from a hard childhood. But it can arouse people's attention and be regarded as a classic inspirational film. (Department of Psychology, Jiaozuo Teachers College)
The stormy Harvard Road describes a real and hard-working girl's life experience, a life course of unremitting self-improvement and high-spirited struggle, which conveys not only the shock of the soul, but also deep feelings.
