It's a sealed storage bag with vent holes on it. We put the quilt in the storage bag, then seal it, and use a vacuum machine to suck the air out of the exhaust hole, so that the quilt will be squashed by the atmosphere and the volume will become smaller, so that several quilts can be put in a closet storage compartment. When in use, first open the vent hole to let air in, and then open the seal to take out the quilt. This kind of storage bag can be used to hold fluffy pillows and quilts, provided that the stuffing inside has certain elasticity. If it is not elastic, long-term storage will lead to deformation of fluffy objects inside.
Duvet and silk quilt are not suitable for this kind of vacuum storage bag, which easily affects the bulkiness of the quilt. Other quilts, wool quilts and chemical fiber quilts can be considered in this way. Similar to this, there is a press-type exhaust storage bag, which uses a pressing method to press out part of the air in the bag to reduce the volume, and does not need a vacuum pump to extract air, which will retain a certain amount of air.
2. Storage bag
Put the quilt in an elastic storage bag, and the storage bag will automatically shrink in size by elasticity, such as stockings. Or use a neat zipper storage bag and stuff it into the quilt, which will also reduce the volume of the quilt and increase the storage times. If there is space under the bed, you can buy a storage bag with the same size as the space under the bed and put the quilt under the bed.
