Xicheng Sub-district Office is located in the southwest of Shunqing District, Nanchong City, with Jialing River in the east, Xinjian Sub-district Office in the southwest, Southeast Sub-district Office in the south and Zhongcheng Sub-district Office in the north.

There are seven communities in Xicheng Sub-district Office: Honghua Street Community, Xinsheng Street Community, Fuyuan Community, Xiaoxi Street Community, Dabei Street Community, Guo Shan Street Community and Jiefang Street Community. There are more than 50 streets and lanes in Xicheng Street, covering an area of about 5.5 square kilometers, with a permanent population of more than 70,000 and a floating population of more than 20,000.
