Many years of TV production experience, excellent organizational planning ability, perfect requirements for program quality. He used to be the late director of CCTV music channel, and participated in large-scale seasonal reality show variety shows of first-line TV stations such as Hunan Satellite TV, Jiangsu Satellite TV and Zhejiang Satellite TV.
