Lianyungang Flower Trading Center is self-funded by Xinpu District Construction Bureau, and consists of three functional areas: comprehensive office building, flower trading exhibition training building and flower market greenhouse. With a total investment of 28 million yuan, covering an area of 28 mu and a total construction area of 22,000 square meters, it was put into production in June 2002.

The construction of youth park will further enhance the image of the city and open up a new situation of the all-round development of the new Haicheng District. Xinpu New District is located in the southeast of Xinhai District, Lianyungang City, with Yingzhou Road in the west, Ninglian Highway in the east, Cangwu Road in the north and Haining Road in the south. It is the starting area for the construction of Xinpu New Town, with an area of 6.75 square kilometers.
