Yes Huai 'an, called Huaiyin in in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, located in the north-central part of Jiangsu Province and the east of Jianghuai Plain. Located in the Yangtze River Delta, it is an important central city in northern Jiangsu. There is Meicheng Road, Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu, referred to as "Su" for short, is the provincial administrative region of People's Republic of China (PRC). Nanjing, the provincial capital, is located in the Yangtze River Delta and the eastern coast of Chinese mainland.
