(2) Both parties have gone through the marriage registration formalities, but they have not lived together;

(3) premarital payment, causing difficulties to the payer.

The application of items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph is conditional on the divorce of both parties. "

According to the explanation 1, it means that one party cannot maintain the local basic living standard by relying on personal property and property jointly owned at the time of divorce. The explanation of "living difficulties" in Interpretation 2 should be consistent with that in Interpretation 1, and it should also be absolute living difficulties, because after the bride price payment, one party can no longer maintain the most basic living standard in the local area by himself, instead of losing property compared with before the bride price payment, which is not more difficult than the original living conditions.
