Shangqiu in Kaifeng, referred to as "Shang" for short, is a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, with a length of168km from east to west and a width of128km from north to south. It looks east at Huaibei and Xuzhou in Anhui, west at Kaifeng in Henan, south at Zhoukou and Bozhou in Henan, and north at Heze and Jining in Shandong. As of September 20, 2022, the latest data shows that there are no low, medium and high risk areas in Shangqiu, Henan Province, which are all normalized prevention and control areas. So Shangqiu September 1 can be unsealed.
