1. Check the file format: the video file recorded by the camera is compatible with the video format supported by the mobile phone. Common video formats include MP4, MOV, AVI, etc. Camera recording uses other unusual proprietary formats and needs to be converted into universal compatible formats.

2. Update the player application: use the latest version of the player application with complete, stable and reliable functions on the mobile phone to open and watch the video. Older versions of unsupported players cannot correctly decode some types of generated videos.
