Black background, white characters, layer mode: soft light. Create a new layer and drag it under the text layer, where you can draw fonts with various colors.

Method 2

On the black background, put the color material on the upper layer, type, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the text layer to get text selection, press Ctrl+J to select the color material and copy the color words. Delete the original color material and text layers.

Method 3

Color background, the upper layer is filled with pure black, type, hold down Ctrl key and click on the text layer to get text selection, select the pure black layer and press Delete key to delete the text layer.
