Generally, there is no requirement for the size of trademark marks.

But the logo must be clear. Trademark registration is a legal procedure to obtain the exclusive right to use a trademark. If a natural person, legal person or other organization needs to obtain the exclusive right to use a trademark in its production and business activities, it shall apply for trademark registration. A registered trademark is a registered trademark. Trademark registrants enjoy the exclusive right to use trademarks and are protected by law. The exclusive right to use a trademark is limited to the registered trademark and the goods or services approved for use. Registered trademarks include commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks and certification trademarks. Goods that are required by laws and administrative regulations to use registered trademarks must apply for trademark registration, and those that have not been approved for registration may not be sold in the market.

A trademark registered by China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office is a registered trademark and enjoys the exclusive right to use a trademark.

Article 11 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) The following trademarks shall not be registered as trademarks:

(a) only refers to the common name, figure and model of the commodity;

(2) directly indicating only the quality, main raw materials, functions, uses, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the goods;

(three) other lack of distinctive features. A trademark listed in the preceding paragraph may be registered as a trademark if it has obvious characteristics and is easy to identify after use.

Article 15 If an agent or representative registers the principal or the trademark of the principal in his own name without authorization, and the principal or the principal objects to it, it shall not be registered and the use thereof shall be prohibited.

Where the trademark applied for registration on the same or similar goods is the same as or similar to the unregistered trademark previously used by others, and the applicant has a contract, business relationship or other relationship with others other than those specified in the preceding paragraph, knowing that the trademark of others exists, and others raise objections, registration shall not be granted.
