Xinji Town is located in the westernmost part of Luyi County, Henan Province, at the junction with Sitong Town. It consists of four administrative villages: Xinxing, Wangxin, Xinfa and Xinda. It means "prosperous", and 3 1 1 national highway passes through the territory. Xinji Town is located in the west of the county, with Tangji Township in the north, Renji Township in the south, Shenliang Township and Gaoji Township in the east. East-west length 1 1 km, north-south width of 7.5 km, with a total area of 57 square kilometers.
