Jingning belongs to Pingliang City, Gansu Province. Jingning is located in central Gansu, west of Liupanshan Mountain, east of huajialing, bordering Longde and Xiji County in Ningxia in the east and north, Tongwei and Qin 'an County in the west and south, Huining County in the northwest and Zhuanglang County in the southeast. It is an important town in the middle line of the eastern section of the ancient Silk Road, passing through Pingding Expressway, National Highway 3 12, Jingzhuang, Qin Jing Highway and expressway.
