He wrote a plaque with three characters of "He Qing Yuan" for running a brain-dead restaurant, and wrote a line of "Brainstorm" on top of the three characters. Fu Shan is a patriot with strong patriotic thoughts. He loved the Ming Dynasty with Zhu Yuanzhang as the orthodox, and opposed the emperors of the Qing Dynasty and the Yuan Dynasty (especially the Qing Dynasty). Qinghe Garden was operated by many companies in Yangqu Hui more than 100 years ago, and its address is Nancang Street, Chengnan District, Taiyuan City. The "Qingheyuan" Huimin Hotel with a history of more than 300 years is located on the north side of the middle section of Qiaotou Street. In order to make mother live longer, Fu Shan has developed "Bazhen Soup" with eight kinds of medicinal materials and foods such as fat mutton, lotus root, yam, astragalus root, galangal, Huimian Noodles, yellow wine and distiller's grains as raw materials as breakfast and tonic for the elderly in winter. After a winter of careful treatment and taking, his mother was completely cured and refreshed.

A few days later, the Qing army entered the Central Plains, and Fu Shan was determined to perish from the Ming Dynasty, strictly rejecting the senior officials of the Qing Dynasty. In order to express his dissatisfaction with the rulers of the Qing Dynasty, he changed the name of Bazhen Tang to remember, taught the recipe and making method to a restaurant named Duo in Taiyuan, and inscribed a plaque for this restaurant, named "Qingheyuan". The good intention of his doing this is that the hotel monopolized the mind and miscellaneous things in the name of the dynasty established by the Qing and Yuan minorities. Once read together, it becomes "the heart is mixed and cuts the Qing Dynasty" and becomes a curse to the rulers of the Qing Dynasty. Sure enough, as Fu Shan expected, the lamb chops in this hotel have become a minor celebrity. Coupled with the unique flavor of mountain delicacies and sesame hat boxes connected with brain beads, the business was booming for a while and its reputation spread to Sanjin, so that "cutting the heart and clearing the harmony" became the mantra of people praising this restaurant, which has been in operation for 300 years. It should be noted that the "Qinghe Garden" was located on the west side of the middle section of Nancang Lane, and it was moved to this site during the Republic of China.

Two or three hundred meters to the west of Qingheyuan, there is an Islamic-style middle-rise building, which is a Muslim Kanyili restaurant. It is famous in Jinyang for its long-standing product mutton steamed dumplings. According to the comments of food experts, jiaozi is one of the top ten famous foods in Taiyuan because of its delicious shape, thin skin and tender stuffing, and fat but not greasy. The store was originally named "Fuji Liuweizhai Sauce Elbow Chicken and Duck Store" and officially opened around 1942. It was founded by three masters from Beijing Tianfu Lou Jiang Elbow Store, Tianfu Hao Jiang Elbow Chicken and Duck Store, Tianjin Tianshenghao Butcher Store and an apprentice from Shijiazhuang. According to reports, Beijing Tianfu sauce elbow shop has a history of more than 260 years, and it was opened as early as the early years of Qianlong. The sauce elbow flower has become one of the royal meals of the imperial concubine of the palace, and it is worth a hundred times. So that the royal family must give Tianfu a waist tag when entering the palace, and the palace will not check it. When Liuweizhai in Taiyuan was founded, it was in the period of Japanese occupation, the market was chaotic, the economy was depressed, and many shops were on the verge of bankruptcy. However, with its exquisite skills and unique flavor, the store won the favor of Taiyuan people, survived the stormy predicament, and finally took root and survived.
