Tea Garden Town in Louxing District is located at the south gate of Loudi City, a fortress in central Hunan. It is the hometown of Liu Rong, a famous Confucian in Qing Dynasty, and is named after its lush and vibrant ten thousand mu tea garden. The total area of the town is 38. 17 square kilometers, with hilly landform. Tea Garden Town governs 19 administrative villages and 246 villagers' groups, including Gaole, Shaganpu, Shigu, Xinhui, Shitang, Pear, Liu Huai, Jiannong, Mu Zhi, Tangqun, Rujiechong, Xichun, Songshan, Tea Garden, Tung Chung, Nongqun, Lukou, Yuling and Zhou Xia.
