Let me take Tik Tok app, 22.6.0 as an example to show you.

1, first open Tik Tok, and then select+as shown in the following figure:

2, and then select the photo album that can be taken now, as shown in the following figure:

3. Then select a video, as shown in the figure below:

4, and then choose to add a theme as shown in the figure below:

5, and then there will be a topic, just choose a topic, as shown in the figure below:
