According to the inquiry of Heyang County People's Government, the auditorium of Dongwang Xiayang Community in Heyang County is located at the core of the community, with a construction area of 850 square meters and a total investment of more than 2.2 million yuan. Construction started in April 2022. The auditorium is divided into two floors. On the first floor, there are lecture halls, cultural and sports venues, and new era civilization practice stations. Villagers' meetings, festivals, theoretical lectures, civic education, popular science propaganda, cultural activities, villagers' deliberations, gatherings and film screenings can be held. The second floor is the community village history museum, covering an area of 1 10 square meters. With pictures, objects and vivid examples that people like to see and hear, the historical evolution, village appearance, folk customs, development and changes of Xiayang Community in Dongwang, Heyang County are fully displayed.
