1, Yilite wine
Xinjiang Yilite Liquor Industry, formerly known as Xinjiang Yili Brewery General Factory, was founded in 1956 and is one of the famous liquor brands in Xinjiang. Yilite wine is made from five kinds of grains, such as Tianshan snow water, high-quality sorghum, wheat, rice, corn and peas, and is known as "the first famous wine in Xinjiang".
2. Sauerbruck wine
Shuerbulake Liquor Industry is located in Shuerbulake Town, Xinjiang, and started from 1956, mainly brewing and selling Luzhou-flavor liquor. Shoerbrak wine is brewed with pollution-free grains and glacier snow water, which is sweet, soft, fresh, pure, mellow and strong.
3. Gucheng wine
Gucheng Liquor is produced in Qitai County, Xinjiang, and started at 1998. Gucheng wine has the typical characteristics of elegant and harmonious compound aroma, soft and harmonious body, sweet and refreshing taste and long aftertaste.
4. Three sets of wine
Santai Liquor Industry is located in Santai, an important town on the ancient Silk Road, which started at 1959. Santai wine is pure grain wine, which has four series, namely, Luzhou-flavor Beiting series, Luzhou-flavor Santai Laojiao series, nutritious wine series and fruit wine series.
5. Poplar cellar
Baiyangjiao is produced in Shihezi Bayi Distillery. Poplar cellar is made of pure wheat as starter, sorghum, rice, glutinous rice and corn as raw materials, and is brewed by traditional technology and unique refined fermentation technology. It is fragrant, delicate, soft, pleasant, mellow and crystal clear.
6. Xin 'an Wine Industry
Xin 'an Liquor Industry is located in Shihezi, Xinjiang, and was founded in 1956, formerly known as Shihezi Xin 'an Distillery. With more than 40 varieties of Daqu, Tequ, Laojiao, Laojiu and Liquor, it is one of the famous liquor brands in Xinjiang.
