To make a petal balloon shape, you need to prepare a long balloon with an inflated diameter of 2 inches and a length of 60 inches.

Inflate the long balloon first, leaving a length of about 4cm at the end of the balloon, and do not inflate it.

Fold the long balloon in half from the middle, and then tie the balloon and the tail together by knotting.

Twist the two balloons together near the middle third of the folded part, then twist another third to make them into three sections, and then arrange the three rings side by side.

Twist your hind legs together. Twist the part between the two hind legs, grab both legs, and twist three times based on the body part. Look at the shape of the balloon you finished: it has a knotted nose, short ears, front legs and hind legs, and a straight tail.
