Suining County is located in the southwest border of Hunan Province. In the fourth year of Song Yuanfeng (108 1), counties were built, and in the second year of Suining (1 103), it should be called Suining. The county has a total area of 2927 square kilometers, including 3.43 million mu of mountains, accounting for 72.95% of the county's land area. Suining County was named Huizhou in the Tang Dynasty.
