There are two arrangements. One is to draw a heart pattern, then put an empty bottle at the apex of the heart, and the other eight are placed on both sides. The second is to put a bottle in the bottom of my heart and the other eight on both sides of the heart-shaped pattern. Put two bottles together near the apex. Note that the pattern must be well drawn and standardized, otherwise the heart shape will be difficult to identify.
