Qiaotou Town is located in the southwest of Yongjia County, on the north bank of the middle and lower reaches of Oujiang River. Jinliwen expressway and Provincial Highway 49 extend from west to east, and Guxi River runs through the whole territory from north to south. It is adjacent to Qiaoxia Town in the east, across the river from Lucheng District of Wenzhou City in the south, Wenxi Town of qingtian county City in the west and Xixi Township Basin in the north.
