According to the third paragraph of Article 1 of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Rural Areas of Henan Province (Henan Epidemic Prevention and Control Office [202 1] 1No.), during the epidemic period, all village clinics and individual clinics in the city are not allowed to treat patients with fever, and their medical staff are not allowed to practice. If there is fever, they should report it to township hospitals or community health service centers in time. Village clinics and individual clinics should take corresponding protective measures to avoid cross-infection in institutions.
Village clinics and individual clinics should do a good job in pre-inspection, triage and registration, ask all patients about their stay history, and take protective measures immediately when they find patients with fever, and report to township hospitals or community health service centers. After receiving the report, township hospitals or community health service centers should immediately take samples and send them to qualified institutions for nucleic acid detection; Or guide fever patients directly to the nearest designated medical institutions for fever outpatient treatment.
Fever patients reported or referred by village clinics or individual clinics shall be handed over to the village if they are diagnosed as positive by nucleic acid detection.
Reward the clinic or individual clinic with RMB 1 ten thousand yuan; For fever patients with standardized management, orderly organization, timely report, in-place referral and negative nucleic acid test, the village clinic or individual clinic will be rewarded with 20 yuan every time. Village clinics and individual clinics that violate the relevant laws and regulations on the prevention and control of infectious diseases and cause the spread of the epidemic in COVID-19 shall be investigated for their corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
