1. Go to the household registration department to declare that you need to change your ID card after plastic surgery, ask the other party for the required documents and procedures, and get the special form;

2. Take the form of the public security department to the cosmetic hospital, and let the hospital issue a certificate that the applicant has received relevant cosmetic surgery according to the requirements of the form;

3. Then take the form of the household registration department and ask the street office (neighborhood Committee/village Committee) to issue the identity certificate of this person as required, and it will be effective if it is signed and sealed;

4. After the above procedures and processes are completed, take photos before and after plastic surgery, return the information to the household registration department, pass the examination, fill in the relevant procedures and take photos to apply for a new certificate;

5. If it fails to pass the audit, supplement the materials as required.

Materials for replacement of identity cards in different places after cosmetic surgery:

1. To reissue an ID card in a different place, you first need a residence permit in your city;

2. In addition to the residence permit, there must be a single-page original and a copy of the household registration book. When it is ready, you must go to the local police station to collect (take) bareheaded photos.

Legal basis: Article 8 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Resident Identity Cards.

If the resident identity card expires, or the registered contents are changed or corrected, or the certificate is seriously damaged and unrecognizable, it shall be declared for renewal in accordance with the regulations; If the certificate is lost, it should be reissued.

Article 10

Persons sentenced to criminal detention, fixed-term imprisonment or above, reeducation through labor and detainees who have not yet applied for resident identity cards shall not be issued with resident identity cards during the period of serving their sentences, reeducation through labor and detention; If a resident identity card has been obtained, the executing organ shall confiscate the resident identity card in accordance with the regulations. After the reeducation through labor is released or lifted, I shall apply for a resident identity card or return the original resident identity card to me.
