1. Cartilage transplantation: make a nasal margin incision in the nostril, or make an intra-cartilage incision to expose alar cartilage and nasal cartilage, and remove the alar cartilage head or nasal cartilage tail as appropriate. The cut cartilage, after cutting and molding, is sutured at the top of the vault to raise the tip of the nose, or the external ear cartilage can be cut for transplantation.

2. Approach to the medial alar cartilaginous foot: Make an incision on the outside of bilateral nasal columella to expose the medial alar cartilaginous foot and vault, remove the soft tissue between the two medial alar cartilaginous feet, and then make a mattress suture at the upper and lower ends of the two medial alar cartilaginous feet, that is, approach the bilateral medial alar cartilaginous feet. This method can improve the tip of the nose by 2-3 mm.

3. Wedge-shaped resection of alar base: If the shape of the nasal tip is good, only slightly lower, a wedge-shaped full-thickness tissue is removed at the alar base on both sides, so that the nostrils are adducted and the vault is raised, that is, the nasal tip is raised.
