First, the recruitment conditions
Personnel who sign up for open recruitment shall meet the following basic conditions:
(a) have the nationality of the people of China, support the constitution of the people of China, and have good ideological and political quality.

(7) Being in good health and meeting the post requirements.
(VIII) The range of recent graduates (including college graduates who did not work during the employment period) in 20021is as follows: part-time graduate students who graduated in 2002/KLOC-0 and obtained diploma (degree) certificates will be admitted directly through the postgraduate entrance examination or other admission methods recognized by the state after graduation from full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and those who have no work experience during their postgraduate studies will be admitted as recent graduates.
Full-time college graduates in 20 19 and 2020, as well as part-time graduate students who meet the above conditions, are still registered as fresh college graduates or social workers in the original graduate institutions, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies.
Foreign graduates (including those who have not implemented their work units during the employment period) can register as fresh graduates. Graduates outside China refer to overseas students who have studied in teaching and research institutions outside China, graduated in the same period as recent graduates inside China, and completed the academic certification of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before 20021+1.
Other grassroots service project personnel can be regarded as fresh graduates and handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
