Composition of Lanzhou Locomotive Swimming Pool
During the holiday, my mother took me to swim in Guangcheng.

Walking into the swimming pool, I came to the swimming pool. The water tiles in the swimming pool were blue and crystal clear. Because many people learn to swim during the holidays, they wear colorful swimsuits, and some are like a lotus floating in the water. Some are like frogs, learning breaststroke. I also saw a chubby boy swimming around like a dolphin. At this moment, I can't wait to put on my bathing suit.

When I put on my bathing suit, I stood by the swimming pool, afraid to get into the water. At this time, my mother encouraged me to say, "Boys should be brave." I watched the younger children swim bravely in the swimming pool. I also got up the courage and got into the water. It's so comfortable in the water. The weather is cool and I can't feel the heat in summer.

Then, my mother said, to learn to swim, you must learn to hold your breath first. I held my breath and jumped into the water. After a while, I felt myself floating slowly. Come down, I stretched out my arms, straightened my legs, floated on the water and held my breath as my mother said. When I do this action, I feel that the buoyancy of water is really great. I seem to lie on the surface of the water easily, and I'm not afraid at all.

Later, I learned the breaststroke posture. Mother told me that breaststroke is the simplest swimming action. My mother swam by herself and let me observe on the shore. I saw my mother put her feet together in the water, took them back and kicked them out. Open and close your hands and draw a semicircle. The head surfaced rhythmically. Mother swam over like a big frog.

Now it's my turn to swim. My mother helped me learn leg movements first, and then arm movements. When I was swimming, I felt my mother let go of my hand. At this time, when I was nervous, the diamond went into my nose and mouth, which made me breathless. I also drank some water from the swimming pool. I'm too scared to swim. Then my mother said, "Don't lose heart. Try harder and you will learn. " I'm in the water again, thinking about breaststroke. Even if the water blocks my nose again, I will learn to swim.

Finally, through my efforts, I finally swam around in the water like a little frog. My mother said, "Teach me backstroke and freestyle next time."
