Sushi (traditional food)
Sushi is one of the traditional Japanese cuisines. The main ingredient is rice slices seasoned with sushi vinegar and keeping human body temperature, and fish, seafood, vegetables or eggs are used as ingredients, which are delicious and deeply loved by Japanese people.
Method for making sushi
Put the steamed rice into a container, add sushi vinegar according to the ratio of 10: 1, and beat it loose with a rice spoon.
Crab fillet is cooked.
Cucumber is cut into long strips.
Hami melon is cut into long strips.
Spread the plastic wrap on the bamboo curtain, put the seaweed on it, and spread the rice evenly on the seaweed (leave a gap of about 1.5cm at the corners to prevent the rice from running out).
At the bottom 1/4, put cucumber, crab fillet and cantaloupe (cucumber and cantaloupe are put outside, crab fillet is put in the middle) and squeeze into the salad dressing.
Finally, the bamboo curtain is slowly rolled up and tightly rolled into sushi rolls.
Cut it into small pieces with a knife to eat.
