Hold your nose with your thumb and forefinger, close your mouth and hold your breath until you can't hold it. This will make the nose thinner.
The most important thing is to press your nose slightly with your hand, leaving only a little seam, so that you can inhale, and then jump 20 times in the same place, the more the better, but not more than 50 times. Take your time, don't worry too much. Jump if you have nothing to do, especially at night. It takes about two months to take effect. When you don't jump, you can always hold it down, inhale and exhale. Note: inhale deeply and exhale gently, and don't block it too tightly.
4. Don't squeeze your blackheads casually, and don't pick your nostrils. These are the chief culprits with big nostrils.
