During my internship in the undergraduate department, I could strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the department, never be late or leave early. I could complete various operations independently. During my internship in this department, I worked night shifts. I I clearly understand the responsibilities of the night shift and how hard it is to work the night shift. Even though I don’t do anything during the night shift, I still feel tired. There are relatively many surgical patients, so I learned relevant knowledge before and after surgery. Preoperative preparation includes psychological counseling, bowel preparation, and dietary guidance.
Postoperative vital sign monitoring, incision observation, assisting with coughing and sputum production, observing infusion volume and infusion speed, care of various drainage tubes, care of urinary catheters, dietary care, and observation and care of postoperative complications. etc.
In daily work, we are required to communicate with them more patiently. Only in this way can we better improve the quality of care and let patients trust our work.
When we have time, we also need to teach the patients’ families how to take care of the patients. We must always observe the vital signs of the patients after surgery. Every day, we have to shuttle between the various wards in order to understand the changes in the patient’s condition, detect problems early, and solve them early. ..
During the internship process, I strictly abide by the hospital rules and regulations, conscientiously perform my duties as a trainee nurse, use Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as guidance, strictly demand that I respect my teachers, unite my classmates, and care for patients. Don't be late, don't leave early, work hard, strive to standardize nursing work, provide high-quality skills and services, make basic care flexible, regularize love activities, combine theory with practice, and achieve planned theoretical learning, and focus on nursing There are measures and records in the work. During the internship, we always take love, carefulness and patience as the basics. We strive to be diligent with our eyes, hands and feet and mouth. We think about what the patients think and are urgent about the patients' needs. We serve the patients wholeheartedly. Providing high-quality services has established good medical ethics and medical style.
Through the 6-week internship, my theoretical level and practical level have improved. In future work, I will continue to work hard and keep in mind the responsibilities of nurses. , constantly strengthen ideological learning and business learning, comprehensively improve their own comprehensive level, and provide quality services to patients. I hope to continue to enrich myself during my future studies and become a qualified nursing worker
