In accordance with the requirements of the "Implementation Opinions on the Open Recruitment of New Personnel in Public Institutions in Jiaozuo City" (Jiaoren [2007] No. 42), and based on work needs, it was decided to conduct open recruitment for 45 public institutions directly under the municipal government. 112 personnel (see attachment for details). The following recruitment brochure is now formulated.

1. Recruitment Principles

Adhere to the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity, implement the principles of "openness, equality, competition, merit selection", and recruit candidates for our city's public institutions through examinations and assessments staff.

2. Recruitment objects and conditions

(1) Anyone who meets the following conditions can apply:

1. Have the qualifications of the People's Republic of China and the National People's Congress Nationality;

2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and love socialism;

3. Abide by laws and regulations and have good conduct;

4. Be in good health;

5. Meet the professional and academic requirements for each position applied for. The academic requirements for general majors are national education sequence academic qualifications (specifically, please refer to the job list). The age requirement for candidates with bachelor's degree and below is under 30 years old (born after December 31, 1983), and the age requirement for full-time master's degree candidates is under 35 years old (born after December 31, 1978). The age requirement for full-time doctoral degree candidates is under 40 years old (born after December 31, 1973); if there are special requirements for the position, the age requirements in the position table shall prevail, and the base date for age calculation is December 31, 2013 ;

6. Applicants who are in-service must indicate their working experience in the relevant information items of the online registration, and provide proof of their unit’s consent to apply when confirming their qualifications for the interview. Applicants who are in-service teachers must also have a signed opinion from the education authority. ;

7. Meet other conditions proposed by the employer. Applicants should indicate in detail their qualification certificates, award certificates, work experience and other relevant job requirements in the relevant online registration items.

(2) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Those who have been criminally punished for crimes and have been dismissed from public office;

3. Those who are under review for making mistakes or no conclusion has been made;

4. Those who violate the family planning policy;

Students in ordinary institutions of higher learning are not allowed to apply.

Registration for this recruitment is based on positions. During the recruitment process, written tests, interviews, physical examinations, and assessments are all sorted by position from high score to low score.
